Expert Clinical Care and Leadership

As a skilled Dermatology Nurse Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert clinical care and leadership within a dynamic environment. You will work closely with patients, guiding them through their treatment journey from screening to ongoing education, follow-up, and support.

This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to influence care at both an individual and service level. You will provide clinical leadership to nursing staff, contribute to projects that improve outcomes, and shape best practice in dermatology care.

  • Deliver high-quality patient care and lead by example
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Job Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with at least 3 years' post-registration experience and relevant clinical expertise
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive change
  • Experience mentoring, supervising, and developing junior staff within a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of contemporary nursing practice, standards, legislation, and patient safety frameworks
