We are seeking a highly skilled physiotherapist to deliver tailored treatments through our innovative care pathway.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop therapy plans that cater to individual residents' needs.
- Provide support with daily living activities, mobility, falls prevention, pain management, and skin integrity care.
- Deliver both individual and group-based therapy sessions that promote independence and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with facility staff and adhere to professional scope of practice.
- Contribute to ongoing innovation and high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Valid Australian working rights.
- Driver's license and car.
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check.
