Physiotherapy Care Specialist

This position involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older adults and individuals with disabilities in their homes or within the community. You will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing tailored care plans, and providing a range of Physiotherapy services to support them in living independently.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver best-practice Physiotherapy services including assessments, care planning, mobility support, and equipment prescription.
- Supervise physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, and students to ensure they are working at a high level and providing excellent care.
- Manage referrals, caseloads, and group programs across aged care and disability services.
- Promote physiotherapy services internally and externally to help grow and improve care offerings.
- Support client outcomes through collaboration, education, and continuous service improvement.
- AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist with a tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in aged or community care.
- Strong assessment, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Proven ability to lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team.
