In this key role, you will oversee daily operations, track student progress, drive innovation through user experience, and engage with stakeholders across the university community.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality front-facing services, ensuring excellent student experiences. You will collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders and interact with a varied student population, demonstrating:

  • Qualifications and experience relevant to a university degree or equivalent expertise
  • Effective stakeholder engagement, proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve successful program outcomes
  • Interpersonal and client services, high-level IT skills particularly in Excel, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics

The ideal candidate will be able to contribute to our small, high-performing team and help shape the future of education at Bond University.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing daily systems, monitoring student progress, and driving innovation through user experience. Additionally, you will engage with various stakeholders across the university community.
