Career Development Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals with a background in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy.
This role offers the flexibility to manage your own day, while being part of a tight knit team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Case management with manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation Assistants for administrative tasks
- Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
- Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
- Assisting individuals with injuries or health conditions to achieve return to health and work outcomes
The role involves conducting assessments, providing consultancy services, and supporting clients to achieve their goals.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
To be successful in this role, you will require tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy, as well as general or provisional AHPRA registration or full ASORC Membership or full AASW Membership.
