We are seeking a highly skilled Lawyer to join our team in the Mergers and Exemptions Law Unit.
- This is a complex and challenging role that involves providing legal advice on key issues relating to the functions and powers of the ACCC under various legislation, including the new merger regime.
- As a Lawyer, you will conduct thorough research into complex matters relevant to ACCC responsibilities under relevant legislation.
- You will work closely with external lawyers and assist with the conduct of investigations and court proceedings for the ACCC.
