Key Opportunities for a Legal Advisor

We are seeking an experienced legal advisor to provide strategic and policy advice on complex issues relating to the ACCC's functions and powers.

The successful candidate will have admission as a practitioner of the High Court or the Supreme Court of an Australian State or Territory, experience in working effectively under tight timeframes, and expertise in advising on Part IV of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Key responsibilities include providing legal advice on merger clearances and competition exemptions, as well as guiding line areas within the organisation. We value flexibility, with the option to work from any capital city in a state or territory, including Townsville, and offer full-time, part-time, or job-share arrangements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
