We are currently seeking a Lawyer to join our organization.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing expert legal advice on complex issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, competition law, and consumer protection. As a Lawyer with us, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases and projects, and contribute to the development of policy and guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Admission as a practitioner of the High Court or the Supreme Court of an Australian State or Territory;
  • Experience in working effectively as a lawyer advising and guiding line areas under very tight timeframes;
  • Experience advising in relation to Part IV of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, particularly in respect of merger clearances and competition exemptions.
