Job Title: Professional Experience Liaison Officer

The university seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Professional Experience Liaison Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with placement processes for the Professional Experience Program in New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with placement activities for pre-service and postgraduate students.
  • Support the development, review, and maintenance of guidelines, manuals, forms, and templates.
  • Act as a liaison for all administrative matters related to Professional Experience, serving as the contact for schools and centres.
  • Provide administrative support to students regarding Professional Experience matters.
  • Assist the Coordinator with mentor, school, and supervisor payments.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience and/or qualifications/training.
  • Experience in Professional Experience or a similar role.
  • High level of customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills, exercising judgment and managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
