A Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a versatile customer service representative to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This role involves retail sales, with some warehouse operations and manual handling tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated, driven to meet sales targets and has a proven record of exceeding expectations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build effective working relationships.
The job requires a reliable individual who works well within a small team environment. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for greeting and acknowledging customers in a timely manner, assisting with sales enquiries and product selection, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
You will also be required to design advice (where required), maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, assist with stock transfers and stock ordering, receipt of payment using the POS system, assist with damaged stock and warranty claims, answering phone calls, and assisting in the receipt of new shipments.
Pick/packing orders for customers and delivery of customer orders (as required) will also be part of your responsibilities. If you are a friendly, helpful, confident and engaging person with good level of computer literacy and MS applications, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Proven working experience in retail sales
