Early Learning Leader

">Job Description:
  • Lead a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment for children, their families and the wider community.
  • Shape a culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • Current Police Check.
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
Benefits:
  • A competitive hourly wage rate of $40.92-$56.43 plus Directors allowances plus superannuation.
  • Eligibility for up to $9,117.17 (pro-rata) ECT Location Subsidy.
  • Priority access to C&K childcare centres and discounts of up to 75% of the gap fee.
