As a Senior Pathways and VET Curriculum Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape at St Teresa's College. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the learning and teaching program, developing and implementing innovative pedagogies that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading coordination of designated curriculum areas
  • Applying contemporary research and data analysis to improve classroom practice
  • Supervising teachers in curriculum areas
  • Inducting new teachers
  • Providing pastoral care to staff in curriculum areas
  • Participating in staff and leadership meetings
  • Communicating with the College Leadership Team
  • Performing additional duties as required by the Principal and Leadership Team

Experience in boys' education, boarding environments, or rural/remote settings is highly desirable.
