Your Role:

  • You will work closely with our centre director and other educators to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
  • You will contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in young children.
  • You will collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver educational activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
  • You will maintain accurate records of children's progress and participate in regular meetings with parents and carers to discuss their child's development.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • A current QLD Working with Children Check.
