As a key member of our Therapeutic Services team, you will lead the development, delivery, expansion, and evaluation of group-based and peer support programs, promoting cultural safety and inclusivity for diverse client groups.

About the Role
This challenging and rewarding role requires a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and commitment to delivering high-quality services. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting victim-survivors, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing specialist clinical, support, and advocacy services to victim-survivors of sexual assault.
  • Participating in outreach services and educational program delivery.
  • Developing and implementing group-based and peer support programs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.
