Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to undertake daily operations and activation of community hubs, providing high-quality customer service, information, and learning services that meet the diverse needs of the community.

This role involves collaborating with the Team Leader to achieve community engagement initiatives and support local development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication, meeting the unique needs of the community.
  • Support community engagement initiatives by working closely with the Team Leader.
  • Assist in the development of local programs and partnerships that benefit the community.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Tertiary qualification in community development or related field, or significant relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Selection Criteria:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote community values and champion local development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a full employment medical and police check.
