Senior Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Coordinator to manage our team and ensure the delivery of quality care. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing employees at the service, including performance management and professional development.

The Senior Coordinator is responsible for multiple groups of children within the one service and will lead recruitment activities for the service. They will also assume the position of Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader under the Children's Education and Care National Law.

To be eligible for this role, you must have relevant tertiary qualifications in Education or ACECQA approved equivalent. You will need extensive skills, knowledge, and experience in OSHC, including demonstrated use of the My Time, Our Place framework and The Early Years Learning Framework.

You will also need current first aid certification in an education and care setting, as well as the ability to contribute to the development of OSHC policies and procedures.
