The Heavy Equipment Technician Leader will be responsible for ensuring that maintenance and repairs are effectively coordinated, and that the workshop runs smoothly and efficiently. This will involve leading by example, showcasing attention to detail, efficient work planning, and proactive problem-solving skills.

This position will also involve motivating and encouraging team members to achieve high productivity and efficiency, with a focus on safety and delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, and will be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
