Ecological Leader

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take on senior leadership responsibilities and contribute to the development of our ecological services.

We are seeking an experienced Ecologist to lead projects, mentor junior staff and provide high-level technical advice across various ecological and town planning projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical ecological interpretation and advice, leading fieldwork programs, reporting, and client liaison.

• Deliver expert ecological interpretation and advice across diverse projects.
• Manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor and supervise ecologists and subcontracted technicians.
• Apply your deep knowledge of environmental legislation and biodiversity policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecological principles and experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
