We are seeking an exceptional young legal professional to join our specialist team.

Job Overview
  • This is an outstanding opportunity for recent law graduates, articled clerks or junior lawyers with up to 2 years of experience to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

You will work closely with experienced lawyers and partners in a supportive environment that values collaboration and professional growth.

Duties:
  • Corporate insolvency
  • Restructuring and turnaround strategies
  • Advisory and litigious matters
  • Acting for insolvency practitioners, creditors, and distressed businesses

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent research and drafting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:
  • Law graduate, articled clerk, or lawyer with up to 2 years of experience
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Proactive and commercially minded approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work as part of a team
