Global Mobility Program Leader

This role involves delivering comprehensive mobility tax support, managing cross-border strategy and innovation, and providing expert guidance on home and host country tax reporting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs and possess strong client relationship management skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver end-to-end tax advisory and compliance solutions for employee mobility, ensuring compliance across employment tax categories.
- Manage tax and regulatory challenges for business travellers, providing strategic guidance on cross-border remote work.
- Offer expert guidance on home and host country tax reporting, assess individual tax residency, prepare tax returns and equalization settlements.
- Extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services.
- Strong client relationship management skills, especially with executive-level assignees.
