Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Consultant in Global Mobility Tax Services.

This role will involve delivering value-add services to clients through the provision of technical tax advisory services and global mobility policy design. You will work closely with our clients to understand their regulatory tax compliance obligations for their internationally mobile workforce.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, collaborative and influencing skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop high performing teams. A qualification from a University in accounting, HR or law would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tax advisory services to clients in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage a portfolio of multinational clients and interact with KPMG international teams for the delivery of services
  • Leverage data delivery tools and technology to provide value and deliver tax advice
  • Innovate and support continuous improvement initiatives in compliance and processing-based activities
Requirements
  • A strong background in tax advisory services, preferably in the provision of tax services for employers and employees
  • Experience working with tax matters impacting expatriates would be highly regarded
