This is a great opportunity for a senior level lawyer in the corporate space who is looking to take the next step in their career. The firm offers a friendly and collaborative team environment, joining a Partner who is interested in expanding their busy practice with another senior lawyer.

About the Firm

The firm offers genuine work/life balance while still maintaining a high quality of work. In this role, the successful candidate will be involved in a range of corporate/commercial matters, including:

  • Business acquisitions and disposals;
  • Corporate advisory and governance matters;
  • Commercial contract preparation;
  • Joint ventures;

The candidate will work closely with the Partner on their own career development, giving them the opportunity to grow their own client base.

About You

  • At least 10 years of experience in corporate/commercial law;
  • Hold a current Australian practising certificate;
  • The ability to bring a client base is beneficial, but not necessary;
  • Interest in mentoring junior lawyers on the team.
