About the Paralegal Role

The primary objective of this position is to provide comprehensive support to the General Counsel team, ensuring seamless compliance with legal and professional obligations, internal policies, and risk management strategies.

This role entails a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

  • Enhancing client engagement agreements and related data within the firm's database
  • Developing and refining guidance on the firm's policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Reviewing and advising on client tenders, policies, codes, and other requirements
  • Supporting due diligence and conflicts checking for prospective new clients and matters
  • Conducting research on legal issues and contributing to risk management innovation and process improvements

Additionally, this paralegal will have opportunities to participate in special projects during an exciting period for the firm.
