Senior Manager - Asset and Investment Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our property leasing and financial analysis team.

About the Role
  • Participate in comprehensive property valuation processes, including capitalisation and DCF methods, and collaborate closely with Asset Managers and Property Managers.
  • Develop key property metrics, manage leasing transactions, and provide detailed commentary on performance variances.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and strategic asset plans to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications and 2-5 years+ relevant experience in a comparable real estate role, or a mix of experience in valuations, leasing analysis, and/or budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong modelling and analytics skills.
