What Makes This Team Unique:
Joining this team means traveling throughout the Southern Region to support various depots facing staffing shortages. This may require being away from home for extended periods, up to 35 weeks annually. The advantage is the opportunity to explore different locations, build relationships within the organization, enhance your skills, and increase your earnings through regular overtime and allowances.
About You:
The ideal candidates will be based at any designated Southern Field Delivery operational depot but must be willing to frequently work away from home across the Southern Region.
Essential Qualifications:
- Trade qualification with a Queensland Electrical Licensing Board Certificate of Competency as an Electrical Linesperson and/or Live Line Linesperson.
- Proven knowledge of electricity distribution/transmission systems, including the construction and maintenance of electrical networks.
- Familiarity with the Electricity Act & Regulations, Workplace Health & Safety Act and Regulations, and other relevant statutory acts.
- Availability for emergency call-outs.
- Willingness to travel and work away from home regularly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in various team settings.
- Proven ability to implement safety and improvement initiatives.
- Current 'C' class open Driver's License.

What We Offer:
Competitive remuneration starting from $97,006 per annum plus superannuation and allowances. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant's knowledge, skills, and competencies relevant to the position.
