Early Childhood Educator Position

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to deliver high-quality early childhood education in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of the educational program, aligned with national quality standards and state-based learning frameworks.
  • Monitor children's progress and support their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with staff, families, and children, fostering a positive and inclusive centre culture.
  • Participate in reflective practice with the team to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching practices and their impact on children's learning and development.
  • Complete documentation in relation to children's learning, consistent with organisational philosophy.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • A sound understanding of national quality standards, state-based learning frameworks, and child protection policies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build effective relationships with stakeholders and the community.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to operate well in a changing environment.
