Senior Strategic Advisor, Research and Evidence Generation

The role of Senior Strategic Advisor, Research and Evidence Generation is to lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies for evidence generation and dissemination. This will involve working closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement new approaches to research, evaluation, and economics.

The successful candidate will provide high-level expert advice and strategic direction to senior stakeholders, including Executive Directors, CEOs, and other key leaders. They will also lead and develop the capability of multidisciplinary teams through coaching and advising staff, ensuring performance goals are met, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Additionally, they will manage and develop effective partnerships and productive working relationships with diverse stakeholders, including academic groups, experts, and healthcare professionals.

The Senior Strategic Advisor, Research and Evidence Generation will also lead the adoption of innovative evidence generation techniques throughout the organization.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the organization's consultancy, implementation science, evaluation, and health economics functions.

The Senior Strategic Advisor plays a fundamental role in the organization's contribution to the evidence ecosystem, providing high-level executive and strategic advice, direction, and support on all accountabilities within the team/directorate and in meeting the broader organization strategic outcomes.
