About the Role

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced Research Leader to join our team and contribute to delivering high-impact research for commercial and government clients. You will be responsible for leading complex quantitative and qualitative research engagements from scoping through to delivery, ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and oversee the development of research instruments (e.g., surveys, questionnaires, discussion guides) and ensure robust analytical frameworks are applied.
  • Translate data into compelling insights and strategic recommendations, using advanced analytics and visualisation tools.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with high-profile clients, acting as a strategic advisor and thought partner.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in market and social research, ideally within a leading agency or consultancy.
  • Proven expertise in quantitative (and qualitative) research methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Exceptional analytical and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding client engagement and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring and developing others.
