Property Conveyancer Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Conveyancer to join our team. As a Property Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to settlement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare contracts, settlement figures, and relevant legal documents
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other key stakeholders
  • Use PEXA for electronic settlements
  • Assist with general property law administrative support as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in conveyancing or property paralegal work (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Skilled using PEXA and conveyancing software
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
  • A team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach
  • Able to work autonomously with strong communication skills
