  • Prepare, produce, and present all foods in accordance with identified Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Minimize food waste and optimize kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and a passion for delivering high-quality cuisine.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new menu ideas and improve existing offerings.
  • Audit kitchen stock and grocery lines daily to ensure accurate ordering and minimize waste.

Requirements:
