Trolley Collection Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a proactive team that ensures stores are in pristine condition and provides our customers with a clean environment to work and shop in.
You will work side-by-side with your team whilst bringing a positive impact every day. Your responsibilities will include completing cleaning tasks on a schedule, collecting trolleys, and supporting the store with waste processing routines.
You will be fully trained to operate various equipment and have access to tools that make your job easier and safer. Tasks allocated to you in the daily planner may include sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team room, as well as emptying bins.
Collecting trolleys from the car park and surrounding areas will also be part of your role, and you will work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs. You will help our customers in store by answering questions or providing directions.
To succeed in this role, you will need to bring a motivated mindset, a passion for retail, and a desire to grow your career in the hygiene and trolley collection space and beyond.
Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks. The ability to comfortably handle the physical requirements of the role is crucial to ensure success and maintain a safe working environment.
You will need to be able to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs. Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks is also required. Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm is necessary.
