Our vision is to see Jesus Christ honoured, lives enriched and communities strengthened. We are seeking a compassionate and service-orientated candidate to provide administrative support to our team at Rohini Village.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of service engagement with residents
- Maintain a professional image and reflect the values of Anglicare – Integrity, Justice, Compassion and Service Excellence
- Ensure residents and visitors are attended to, promoting care, warmth and promptly managing their enquiries
- Contribute to the efficiency of the office by ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded and maintained
Requirements:
- Experience working in aged care or similar environment preferred
- Well-developed communication skills and positive phone manner
- Effective time-management and organisational skills
- Intermediate skill level in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
