Administration Role

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented candidate to provide administrative support to our team at Rohini Village.

In this role, you will strive to make a positive difference in the lives of our valued residents and provide a high level of attention to detail, warmth, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service engagement with residents
  • Maintain a professional image and reflect the values of Anglicare – Integrity, Justice, Compassion, and Service Excellence
  • Ensure residents and visitors are attended to, promoting care, warmth, and promptly managing their enquiries
  • Complete general administrative activities on time and manage residents' questions in a timely manner
  • Contribute to the efficiency of the office by ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded and maintained
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all staff and encourage teamwork
Requirements
  • Experience working in aged care or a similar environment is preferred
  • Well-developed communication skills and a positive phone manner
  • Effective time-management and organisational skills
  • Intermediate skill level in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
