Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our team at Rohini Village.
- Ensure residents and visitors are attended to, promoting care, warmth and promptly managing their enquiries.
- Contribute to the efficiency of the office by ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all staff and encourage teamwork.
Requirements:
- Experience working in aged care or similar environment preferred.
- Well-developed communication skills and positive phone manner.
- Effective time-management and organisational skills.
- Intermediate skill level in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
