**About the Role:**

CPC Engineering is seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering projects and contribute to the development of innovative electrical systems. This role requires advanced technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in project management.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive electrical engineering deliverables, including package engineering, calculations, and plant design, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project objectives.
  • Provide expert review of electrical deliverables, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, to coordinate designs and ensure seamless integration.
  • Oversee project progress, monitor schedules, and make adjustments as needed to meet project milestones.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in minerals process plant design, with a strong background in electrical engineering.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects, managing budgets, and delivering results on time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) software, database management, and version control.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
