Inclusive Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Inclusive Practices Teacher to join our team. As an Inclusive Practices Teacher, you will work collaboratively with the Inclusive Practices team to implement evidence-based practices, identifying and reducing barriers to learning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working as a Case Manager, Co-Teacher, and Interventionist, supporting students alongside Teacher Aides and external agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications- A relevant teaching qualification
- Current full registration or provisional registration with eligibility for full registration as a Queensland teacher
- An exemption card from Blue Card Services for Education and Care Services workers
As an Inclusive Practices Teacher, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in inclusive service delivery models. You will also be part of a collaborative team that values diversity and promotes equity.
OthersTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and community members.
