The Identity Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing identity technologies within the Operational Technology Environment.
This role combines architect, technical lead, and engineer responsibilities, requiring the successful candidate to be comfortable working across all levels of technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement identity platforms across Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) domains, adhering to best practice and security standards.
- Collaborate with project and partner resources as the technical authority for the implementation of identity technologies.
- Conduct hands-on identity platform configuration and engineering.
- Contribute to the development and endorsement of an identity operating model for the OTE environment.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the identity practice within the OTE environment.
- Work alongside the Senior OTE Security Architect in the development of identity roadmaps across domains.
- 8+ years of experience working in the Identity domain as an architect, engineer, and/or technical lead, with demonstrated experience working across IGA, IAM, and PAM technologies.
- Experience working in operational technology projects within utilities, with a preference for experience working within the energy sector.
- Experience implementing solutions aligned with security standards, including NIST, Essential 8, and ASD ISM.
- Experience implementing solutions aligned with industry security standards, including AES-CSF and the SOCI act.
- Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Experience with one of the following IGA technologies: Sailpoint Identity IQ, Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud, or Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud.
- Experience with one of the following IAM technologies: Microsoft Entra ID, Okta Workforce Cloud, or Ping Identity.
- Experience with one of the following PAM technologies: Cyber Ark Self Hosted, Cyber Ark Privileged Cloud, or an equivalent.
