Job Summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Engine Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to breakdown events and provide timely repairs
  • Maintain and repair heavy duty engines and equipment
  • Capture and analyze engine data to identify areas for improvement
  • Diagnose and repair complex engine faults
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Collaborate with other OEMs to provide comprehensive solutions
  • Represent Cummins at customer sites and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

  • Field service experience and heavy duty engine experience preferred
  • Relevant trade qualification (Heavy Diesel preferred but not necessary)
  • Strong engine diagnostic skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Commitment to workplace safety and valid driver's license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
