We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Specialist to join our team at Macquarie Group. As a creative and skilled individual, you will play a pivotal role in shaping digital experiences across the Commodities and Global Markets division.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and create innovative, user-centric solutions that meet both user needs and business goals. With expertise in both UX and UI design, you will ensure that our products are not only functional but also intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.

About the Role:

  • Digital Solutions Specialist responsibilities include managing the design process from Discovery to Delivery for various digital solutions, ensuring a cohesive user experience and visually compelling design across all platforms.
  • You will be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate concepts, and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Develop prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts and facilitate user testing, while crafting visually appealing high-fidelity designs adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.

About You:

  • 3+ years of UX/UI design experience in a digital product-focused environment, evidenced by a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centered design solutions, and visual design skills across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma (essential), Adobe Creative Suite, and understanding of technical constraints and possibilities of digital product development.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to different stakeholders.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies, along with creative problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

We offer competitive salary packages, including $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus hybrid and flexible working arrangements, one wellbeing leave day per year, up to five additional days leave based on length of service, paid parental leave, and access to a wide range of learning and development opportunities.
