Senior Merchandise Planner Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Merchandise Planner to lead the development and execution of merchandise strategies that maximize sales, profitability, and inventory efficiency.

  • Build merchandise plans that optimize sales and margins.
  • Forecast demand and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Partner with buying, design, and marketing teams to deliver strong seasonal assortments.
  • Monitor inventory and manage replenishment to ensure product availability.
  • P presents insights and financials to senior leadership.
  • Keep across industry and competitor activity to inform product direction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in merchandise planning or management (fashion strongly preferred).
  • Extensive experience with Stle Ardcade.
  • Proven analytical and financial forecasting skills.
  • Experience in inventory optimization and margin improvement.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • A commercial mindset with a genuine passion for fashion and consumer trends.
