Talent Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our learning and talent development initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training best practices and standards that drive business growth.
This role involves leading training initiatives, communicating standards, and providing leadership across multiple sites in the Region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, stakeholder management, prioritisation, and data analysis capabilities.
The successful candidate will lead a team of minimum 6 across the region, strategically assessing, tracking, and facilitating training related programs for new and current entry-level employees. They will also develop our training strategy for Critical Roles such as Yard Marshals, TDR or Learning Ambassadors, driving adherence to standard learning solutions and getting feedback from operational teams on areas of opportunity for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related discipline and demonstrated experience in coaching and development of employees. They will also have prior experience working with and delivering training & information to employees.
Requirements- Degree in a related discipline (Business, Management, Human Resources, Education, Supply Chain/Logistics)
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and development of employees
- Prior experience working with and delivering training & information to employees
- Expertise in data analytics and visualisation as well as the ability to interpret data
- Ability to work at pace and with ambiguity
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills across all levels of an organisation
