About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Salesperson to join our Dulux Trade Centre in Parramatta, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with depot/agencies, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with depot/agencies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Cash handling and EFTPOS transactions
  • Mix and tint paint accurately to meet customer requirements
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels and ensuring a high level of product availability
  • Comply with safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, peers, and clients
  • Ability to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with paint and other heavy products in store
  • Interest in our products and a willingness to learn and develop your skills
  • Retail/Trade sales and management experience is desirable but not essential
  • Paint product and application/hardware experience will be highly regarded but not essential
