About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Professional who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to join our Dulux Trade Centre in a retail sales environment. If you are energetic, driven, have a strong work ethic and a passion for people then this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong working relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
  • Cash handling and sales processing
  • Accurately mix and tint products
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels and inventory management
  • Comply with safety standards and company policies

Skills & Experience

You're confident with people, have great communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. You're able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our products in a retail environment at times. In addition, you will:

  • Possess an interest in our products and services
  • Retail sales and management experience would be desirable but not essential
  • Product knowledge and application experience will be highly regarded but not essential
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers
  • Enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues
