Job Description:

The Recruitment Administrator role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and meticulous individual to join our Perth HR/Recruitment department in Henderson. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our business by ensuring timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks.

We are seeking someone with aspirations to develop a career in recruitment, offering valuable hands-on experience and early exposure to various recruitment tasks. You will have the chance to gain firsthand knowledge from our experienced recruiters, forming a strong foundation for your career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training requirements with external partners for new hires.
  • Execute and oversee the entire onboarding process from start to finish.
  • Set up and request inductions access for new hires.
  • Order and issue PPE to new candidates.
  • Monitor and follow up on hiring compliance.
  • Assist with general HR/Recruitment admin tasks.
  • Work with new candidates to manage and assist with inductions and onboarding enquiries.
  • Occasionally assist the recruitment team with phone screens, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
Requirements:
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably within the HR, Recruitment or Mobilization space.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and effectively meet deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to demonstrate initiative and think strategically.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • To be a collaborative team player with a supportive approach to shared team goals.

Salary Estimate: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
