  • Inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves through personalized skincare guidance.
  • Explore and create emotional connections with customers to help them discover our amazing Skincare Selection.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams and leaders who care about your growth and development.
  • Build relationships with clients and fellow team members through excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and the latest skin trends and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Previous Sales experience with a passion for skincare and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in skincare/skin services or relevant certifications highly preferred.
  • Leadership experience is favourable as you will be supporting team members as a specialist.
  • Able to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times, including late-night and weekend shifts.
  • Proudly represents Sephora's brand values and promotes an inclusive environment.
