Marketing Executive Job Description

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the annual marketing strategy for our West Hotel Sydney location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to marketing plans to ensure all activities are completed effectively and on time.
  • Organise monthly social media calendar and monitor activities.
  • Ensure brand positioning statements and descriptions are up-to-date and shared with management and team members.
  • Manage office administration tasks, including filing and budget spreadsheet maintenance.
  • Lead food and beverage marketing planning, budget, and activities.
  • Implement annual calendar of activities for each outlet.
  • Update marketing content on websites and third-party platforms.
  • Monitor competitor hotels' e-commerce activities.
  • Create tactical collateral and presentations to brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate print and online advertising.
  • Maintain advertising records.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Good organisational and administration skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high customer service standards.
  • High level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Proactive and motivated approach to meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional ethics.
  • Degree level qualification in business marketing or PR.
