The RoleAs a key member of our team, you will focus on engaging and monitoring our digital platforms, particularly social media channels.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and engage with our social media presence.
- Monitor social media for stakeholder engagement and consistent branding.
- Identify opportunities to increase member engagement.
- Analyse social media performance and provide strategic insights.
- Assist with web content management, SEO, and security as required.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- A strong understanding of social media channels.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience in engaging and monitoring social media in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional judgement in a changing, reactive environment.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in public relations, communications, or journalism is preferred but not essential.
