**Role Overview**

This role is designed for individuals with a passion for precision and innovation in dental prosthetics. As a Dental Technician, you will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and repairing dental prosthetics using traditional and digital methods.

Key responsibilities include following dental prescriptions, working closely with dentists to ensure proper fit and aesthetics, and utilizing CAD/CAM systems, wax-ups, ceramics, or acrylics depending on the department. Additionally, you will be required to maintain lab equipment, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and meeting production deadlines with accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications for this role include a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Technician, preferably in a CAD/CAM role. Proficiency in inLab CAD software is strongly preferred. Understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and material selection is also essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines are crucial. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are highly valued.

Preferred qualifications include formal qualification in Dental Technology, experience with other digital systems (3Shape and DTX Studio), and familiarity with digital production workflows (scanning, nesting, milling).
