About the Role:

Our Receptionists are the first point of contact for our customers, providing information and instructions to guide them through the medical assessment process.

We're Looking For:

A Part-time Receptionist to join our Adelaide team, working a minimum of Fridays on a rotational roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct identity and security checks, escalating any identified risks
  • Process payments via EFTPOS
  • Confirm customer documentation is complete and process forms
  • Explain examination requirements and key elements of the visa medical examination process
  • Enter data into customer management systems and databases

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated customer focus and a professional, service-oriented approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate outcomes in a busy environment
  • Well-developed communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse customer needs
  • Sound IT and computer skills
  • Ability to work within a structured environment, adhering to processes and quality standards
