We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our team in a busy healthcare setting. As a Patient Services Officer, you will provide exceptional administrative support to clients and staff while maintaining a professional demeanor in an ever-changing environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient administrative support in a dynamic healthcare setting.
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Manage patient records and filing of patient notes.
- Ensure the smooth running of the clinic by continuously liaising with the team to ensure efficient processes.
Requirements:
- Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
- Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience working successfully both independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of patient billing systems and related Medicare funding mechanisms highly valued.
- Exceptional phone manner and ability to handle high-volume patient inquiries.
